The 12th and final episode of Kill Ao (Kill Blue) ended with an announcement on Saturday that a second season is in production, revealing an announcement illustration (pictured above) by the original creator Tadatoshi Fujimaki. Produced by Cue, the first season premiered on April 11. Crunchyroll simulcast the anime with multiple subtitles and dubs. Acclaimed manga author Leiji Matsumoto died on February 13 at 11:00 a.m. due to acute heart failure at a hospital in Tokyo. He was 85 years old.
