Supporting Cast Pair for 'Akane-banashi' Announced

The official website of the Akane-banashi television anime revealed two supporting cast members on Monday. The anime series adapting adapting Yuuki Suenaga and Takamasa Moue's drama performance arts manga will begin airing on TV Asahi's IMAnimation programming block and BS Asahi in April 2026. Acclaimed manga author Leiji Matsumoto died on February 13 at 11:00 a.m. due to acute heart failure at a hospital in Tokyo. He was 85 years old.
